The customisable free text box sits within a sentence.
The sentence starts ‘My elves tell me you would like {your text here} for Christmas’.
For instance. If you typed ‘a shiny new racing car‘ the sentence would read:
‘My elves tell me that you would like a shiny new racing car for Christmas’.
However, if you type ‘shiny new racing car’ the sentence would not read correctly.
‘My elves tell me you would like shiny new racing car for Christmas’

For instance. If you typed ‘looked after your big sister’ the sentence would read:

We take payment (in British Pounds Sterling) at the point of ordering. We may change the advertised prices at any time.
Santa Sends letters until the last postage date for 2nd class letters (see here from Royal Mail) which is Wednesday 18th December. Once you place your order, your letter will be delivered within 5 working days but can take longer depending on Royal Mail. Please contact us if you would like to send a letter outside of the UK.
We’re quick here at Santa Sends! Therefore, once you complete your purchase, your letter(s) are already winging their way to you from the North Pole. This means that we can’t stop or edit orders after they are placed. Unfortunately, as the letters are personalised, they cannot be amended or returned. If something has gone wrong, or your letter hasn’t arrived however please see the Problem section below.

When you place an order for a text message, your text will be sent to the mobile number you provided (whether that’s your child’s phone or your phone) and will arrive within 2 working days of placing your order. Currently, text messages can only be sent to UK numbers.
